TOYCO has partnered with a renowned manufacturer of building blocks to bring to retailers. With two decades of experience, our partner designs, develops and produces every set itself.

Every set TOYCO supplies is UKCA and CE marked. Everything happens under one roof: mould making, injection moulding, assembly and packaging, backed by a dedicated quality laboratory. Our partner keeps investing in high-end equipment, better moulds and better packaging so every set meets international standards.

How quality is checked

  • Every sample and incoming material is tested against written instructions and signed off.
  • Moulds are tested and inspected before they’re used, to catch problems early.
  • Machined and heat-treated parts are measured and checked for hardness and finish.
  • Quality testers are trained, and material suppliers must test their own materials too.
